Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from R. Daniels Clothing. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it to us within 50 days of purchase and get a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We only replace items if they are defective, misprints or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact +61497003443 or send us an email at info@rdanielsclothing.com and we will provide you with further instructions.
